Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 2 business days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. If your order is placed before 12:00 (Amsterdam/European time), it will be shipped the same day.


You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to things not in our power, such as crowds during public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, such as problems with our carriers due to pandemics, for example.


Domestic shipping rates

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands with PostNL for every order over €25.

Rates for shipping within the European Union

We offer fixed rates for shipments within the European Union, where we distinguish between the following countries:


PostNL (2-4 business days): Benelux + Germany - €10

PostNL (2-4 business days): Other EU countries - €20


We offer free shipping to the Benelux + Germany for every order over €60


International shipping

Taxes and duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. It is important to note that PAIR 'M is not responsible for these charges if they apply; these costs are your responsibility as a customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order with track & trace has been sent, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. with this you can track the status of your package. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us and state your name and order number. We would be happy to check it for you.


Rejected package

If the customer refuses delivery of the package for any reason, the shipping costs and import duties for the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer. In addition, we charge a fixed amount of €25 for packaging, handling and restocking. These charges will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded for the order.

Refunds, returns and exchange

  • Our returns policy is 14 days.

  • We will issue a full refund, excluding the shipping costs you paid to send your order to your destination.

  • Regular and sale items can be refunded, unfortunately final sale items (30% off or higher) cannot be refunded.


We have a return policy where returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and still in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.


In the event that your order arrives to you damaged, we kindly request that you inform us immediately by email to, stating your order number. Please include detailed photos that clearly shows the condition of the item. We will handle this on a case-by-case basis, but will do everything we can to find a suitable solution.
