Return Policy

Our return period is 14 days from the day of delivery of your order. After this period has expired, we are unfortunately no longer able to return products or offer exchanges. We will give you a full refund, including the shipping costs you paid to ship your order to your destination.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In addition, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our fault.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.



We are known for our fast processing of returns, so that the money is quickly credited back to your account. Under normal circumstances, returns are processed the same day they arrive to us. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item(s). We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, usually within 1 or 2 business days.


Late or missing refund

If you have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

  3. You can then contact your bank as some processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

If after completing these steps you have still not received a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us



Sale items            

Regular and sale items can be refunded. Unfortunately, final sale items (discounted by 60% or more) are not eligible for a refund.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to We will contact you shortly and send further instructions.


Please ensure that all products are exactly as you received them. For reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return worn socks.


Return an item​

To return an item to us, you must first request a return authorization. You can submit a return request by sending an email After approval, you will receive a return label from us.

Place the item(s) in the original shipping bag/box or other sturdy bag or cardboard box. If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the package to avoid customs fees. Please note that PAIR'M is not responsible for any customs fees.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
