Under normal circumstances, returns are processed on the same day.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will be happy to send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item(s) in good order. In addition, we will keep you informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method, usually within 1 or 2 business days.

If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend that you first check your bank account again. You can then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
